Ensure you carry the following documents when visiting the assigned medical center:
- ✓ Original Passport: Must have at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
- ✓ Passport Photocopies: 2 to 3 clear copies of front & back pages.
- ✓ Appointment Slip: Printed official GAMCA / Wafid appointment slip generated online.
- ✓ Photographs: 4 to 6 recent passport-size photos with white background.
- ✓ National Identity Card: Copy of Aadhaar Card / National ID.
Fee Structure Breakdown
The GAMCA medical process involves two components:
1. Online Appointment Booking Fee
Covers official portal registration, system processing fee, and instant appointment allocation support.
2. Medical Examination Fee
Payable directly at the allocated GAMCA medical center on the day of your physical examination and blood tests.

Punctuality
Arrive at the allotted medical center on time during working hours specified in your appointment slip.
Fasting & Preparation
Follow standard medical preparation (e.g. overnight fasting if blood routine test requires it).
Original Slip
Keep a printed copy of the appointment slip ready; digital soft copies on phone may not be accepted at counter.
