Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please review our transactional terms regarding online consultation registration fees, automated line cancellations, and processing lifecycle rules.
1. General Registration Framework
We operate as a dedicated administrative service assistance platform helping candidates schedule their WAFID/GAMCA medical appointments across authorized hubs in India. The fees collected on our platform include the standard portal registration criteria charges, service consultancy management allocation, and tax handling frameworks.
2. Cancellation Request Reversals
Once an applicant triggers a dynamic request using our authorized Appointment Cancellation Form, the workflow executes automated database line modifications. Please note the following strict criteria:
- Cancellation requests submitted 48 hours prior to the scheduled examination window are processed securely to clear the active passport lock records on the network.
- Administrative service charges spent on automated lookup operations and immediate server channel line locks are non-reversible once the official medical slip or e-number prints onto the grid dashboard.
3. Refund Processing Eligibility
Refund considerations apply strictly under specific parameters:
- Double Transactions: In case your payment gateway executes a redundant transaction loop due to network connectivity issues, the duplicate transaction volume is automatically credited back to your original source channel (UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking) within 5–7 working days.
- Technical Rejections: If our infrastructure fails to generate a valid automated medical center allocation block within 72 hours of successful payment confirmation, candidates are eligible to claim a full reversal of the registration support premium volume.
4. Exclusions Clause
No refunds or file parameter modifications are permitted once the candidate presents documents at the allocated diagnostic facility. Decisions declaring a candidate "Fit" or "Unfit" are managed exclusively under the authority of individual licensed clinics according to international Gulf Health Council regulations; our platform bears no legal or financial liability over clinic diagnostic reports.
