2. Accuracy of Submitted Data
The applicant holds full responsibility for the structural validity of all information entered into our forms. This includes full name matching, accurate passport sequence codes, nationality strings, and visa sub-categories. If an appointment slip or e-number prints with typing errors caused by inaccurate user submission, the record locks on the network and requires a formal cancellation request loop to release.
3. Automated Center Allocation
In strict accordance with the rules implemented by the Gulf Health Council, medical centers across our 19+ hub cities (Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, Patna, Tirur, etc.) are allocated dynamically by the automated framework based on operational workloads. Manual selection or preference overrides of specific diagnostic clinics cannot be executed under any circumstances.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our platform bears no structural liability for the final diagnostic outcomes, medical report statuses ("Fit" or "Unfit"), processing durations at individual clinics, or subsequent visa stamping rejections from the embassies of Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, or Bahrain. Our service scope terminates successfully upon sending the verified PDF appointment slip to your registered contact channels.
5. Document and Payment Verification
We reserve the right to pause processing queues if a submitted passport data scan is unreadable or if a transaction triggers risk alerts inside our gateway. Any upload managed through our specialized support grids undergoes data isolation protection and is deleted from local application layers after final processing to maintain privacy integrity.
